About Lenny Noisette
Throughout my career, I have been steadfastly committed to advancing racial justice, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, and
helping social justice organizations and leaders achieve their ambitions. I launched Noisette Consulting to continue pursuing that passion.
I have been a public defense supervisor supporting young professionals to grow into effective and passionate advocates; an executive director who built a Harlem-based nonprofit from a start-up to a thriving organization serving thousands each year while challenging the status quo of unfair and racially discriminatory practices within our criminal legal system; and a senior leader in progressive philanthropy who understood my greatest contribution was to provide resources and support to those doing the hard work of social justice.
I know first-hand the challenges and rewards of running and working in nonprofit organizations and the critical importance of effective and principled leadership.

LEADERSHIP Coaching
Coaching is an ongoing professional relationship that helps leaders across a variety of roles produce positive results in their careers, businesses, and organizations through a strengths-based, values-driven, and goal-oriented approach. Together, we design the goals of the coaching partnership.
