Lenny was an invaluable adviser on our project Catalyzing Leadership for Equity, offering up critical strategic guidance in building recommendations for the development, implementation, and investment in equity-focused leadership development programs. He facilitated primary data collection by recruiting participants and co-facilitating focus groups with community leaders working in the social justice space, enabling the research team to better understand the layered social, emotional, financial, and other supports that equity-focused leaders of color need.
